Our History
Amy Capelli is the President and Founder of Synergy Squared LLC. She started her career in biomedical research, worked for a Fortune 500 company with $50B in annual revenue, and successfully grew a family-owned recruiting firm. Her strong entrepreneurial drive, coupled with her desire for leadership, led to the creation of Synergy Squared LLC. Amy is responsible for directing new business strategies and fostering new client relationships. Synergy Squared is proud to deliver high-quality services with a “we” mindset. Our team understands the needs of clients and candidates and the nuances of the multiple vertical industries we serve.
